Where we deliver
We deliver, install and remove old appliances in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Malta and Cyprus. Each country page explains the local details, such as plug types and electrical connections.
How delivery works
- Orders are dispatched from our warehouses in Rotterdam (the Netherlands) and Rostock (Germany).
- After you order we confirm the delivery date with you by email or phone before the appliance is dispatched.
- Large appliances are carried into your home and to the room you choose. Please measure doorways, stairs and the installation space first; every product page lists the dimensions.
- Smaller items such as coffee machines and vacuum cleaners are usually sent by tracked parcel carrier.
- Check the appliance for visible damage before the team leaves and tell us as soon as possible if anything is wrong.
Installation
Our installers unpack the appliance, position it, connect it to the existing water, waste and electrical supply and check that it runs. Built-in ovens, hobs, integrated dishwashers and integrated fridges are fitted into a prepared housing that matches the dimensions on the product page. Gas appliances and hard-wired hobs and range cookers are connected by suitably qualified engineers in line with local rules, which differ between countries; your country page explains what applies where you live.
What installation does not include
Installation uses your existing connections. Work such as moving pipes, adding a new electrical circuit, cutting worktops or altering kitchen units is not included. If your kitchen needs it, tell us when you order and we will advise before the appointment.
Taking away your old appliance
When we deliver a new appliance we can take away the old one of the same type for recycling, in line with the WEEE rules that apply in each country. Please disconnect and empty it before we arrive, and defrost fridges and freezers the day before.
Delivery charges
Delivery is free in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Ireland, Malta and Cyprus pay one low charge per order, whatever the number of appliances. All prices include VAT.

Choose “Delivery and installation” at checkout to have your appliances installed; it is offered for cooking appliances, cooker hoods, laundry, refrigeration, dishwashers and taps. Sinks, TVs, small appliances and vacuum cleaners are delivered only. To have your old appliance taken away, mention it in the order notes at checkout. Malta and Cyprus are priced higher because appliances travel by sea. Buying several appliances? A Multibuy quote gives one package price for the lot.
