Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you buy from us online you can cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of the day you, or someone you nominate, receive the goods. For an order delivered in several parts, the 14 days start when the last part arrives. To cancel, send us a clear statement by email to info@euappliancedepot.com; you may use the EU model withdrawal form, but you do not have to.

Returning the appliance

Send or hand the goods back to us within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. The direct cost of returning the goods is paid by you unless we have agreed otherwise in writing; for large appliances we can arrange the collection and tell you the cost in advance. You only have to pay for any loss in value caused by handling the appliance beyond what is needed to check its nature, characteristics and functioning, so please keep the packaging and do not install or use it if you think you may return it.

Your refund

We refund the full amount you paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. We use the same payment method you used, and we may wait until we have received the goods back, or proof that you have sent them, before we refund.

Faulty or damaged appliances

Every appliance comes with the 2-year EU legal guarantee of conformity in addition to the manufacturer’s warranty. If an appliance arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us with your order number and a short description or photo. Depending on the fault we will arrange a manufacturer engineer visit, a repair, a replacement or a refund, as EU and Dutch consumer law provide.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your specification or clearly personalised, or to sealed items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Your legal rights for faulty goods always apply.
