Description

The Quooker Round Boiling Water Tap 3 In 1 CHR combines hot, cold and instant 100°C boiling water in one polished chrome tap. It suits kitchens where convenient preparation of drinks and food matters, while the rounded Fusion design keeps the worktop looking uncluttered. The included PRO3 tank supplies 3 litres of boiling water.

Key features

• Three water functions from one spout: hot, cold and 100°C boiling water when connected to existing hot and cold supplies.
• A childproof push-and-turn handle with a textured grip and illuminated ring helps prevent accidental operation.
• The 3-litre stainless steel tank uses vacuum insulation and has 10W standby consumption. Its 1,600W power rating gives a stated heat-up time of 10 minutes from cold.
• A HiTAC high-temperature activated carbon filter is included. The filter has a stated five-year lifespan and supports purified boiling water.
• An optional Cold Water Filter kit can convert the tap to a 4-in-1 model. A Scale Control filter is also available separately.

Installation and fit

This model requires connection to your existing hot and cold water supplies. The tap replaces a standard mixer tap position, while the PRO3 tank sits in the cupboard below. Allow approximately 50cm of vertical space and 15cm diameter for the tank, plus room for the connections. The system operates at 230V and has a maximum pressure of 10 bar, with a pressure relief valve and ceramic water shut-off valve. In Ireland, Malta and Cyprus, confirm that the required earthed socket and plumbing arrangement comply with local rules before installation.
