Technologies explained simply

Bertazzoni induction hobs use electromagnetic heating beneath the glass surface. The compatible pan becomes the heat source, so the hob responds quickly and the surface is easier to wipe once it has cooled. Fan-assisted electric ovens circulate hot air to support more even cooking, particularly when using more than one shelf.

Selected Bertazzoni appliances offer more specialised functions. Steam ovens introduce water vapour for cooking foods such as fish, vegetables and meat while helping retain moisture. The Bertazzoni Assistant can manage a sequence of cooking functions, temperatures and timings for selected cooking results. Integrated induction ventilation combines hob and extraction technology in one appliance, where available in the relevant model range.
